Hi! I'm Annette and I am a Motorsports Photographer & Social Media Strategist

Every great story starts with passion, and mine began in the late '90s on the racetrack. Behind the bars of my black and yellow Kawasaki ZX 636, I earned the nickname "Bumble Bee" for my fearless approach to racing and my love for speed. But as much as I loved being on the track, there was always something missing—those moments of adrenaline and precision were never captured in the way I wanted. The vain side of me always wished someone was there to take the kind of photos I knew would tell the story of those moments.

When I wasn’t racing bikes or cars, I decided to pick up a camera and become the storyteller I was searching for. I started taking the shots I liked—the ones that captured the passion, energy, and grit of the motorsports world. What began as a personal endeavor quickly grew into something more as others started asking me to capture their stories, and Annette Bauer Creative was born.

Inspired by the intricate structure of a honeycomb, my work is grounded in precision, attention to detail, and creativity. Whether I'm photographing the thrill of a motorsports event or helping a business craft a cohesive social media strategy, my goal is always the same: to tell a story that resonates. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Social Media, I’ve spent years coaching businesses, teams, and individuals to build their online presence, develop effective strategies, and connect authentically with their audience.

Based in Sacramento, CA, my work has taken me on adventures across the country. From high horsepower engines on the track to the heart of small businesses striving for growth, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible people and brands. As an active member of SEMA and PRI, a elected Select Committee member for SEMA SBN, and a SEMA Speaker, I’m deeply connected to the motorsports and automotive community. Sharing my expertise—whether through marketing, photography, or social media strategy—is my way of giving back to an industry that has given me so much.
